With an in-house large scale manufacturing unit situated at the heart of the commercial capital, Mumbai (outskirts of Mumbai, Bhiwandi), the factory is equipped with state of the art machines, experienced & trained workforce and a highly process oriented operations.
Quality
Quality is one of our core pillars and we take utmost care to ensure each and every bag goes through 100% quality control at all stages of manufacturing process. That is ensuring all materials are sourced from the reputed quality manufacturers, in-line production is done methodically with different workforce for different specialized operations so that repetitive work gives more precision and better efficiency to final 100% quality control check to ensure each bag going out to the consumer is thoroughly checked on all quality parameters. As Quality is an ongoing and continuous improvement process, there may be stray cases of defects somewhere which we shall own up and provide warranty replacement for the same.
